My daughter’s furniture was safely transported from Jhb to Cpt. They collected everything on Saturday afternoon and it arrived the very next day. My daughter and I knew Delia from our days in the Western Cape. Delia have always been very friendly and she quietly did her thing in the moving industry. I followed SA Movz from the early days when they started back in 2012. Recently I had furniture and a few boxes that I wanted to be moved from a storage facility in Durban to my daughter in Uitenhage in the Eastern Cape. It was quite a challenge in more than 1 way. I did not pack the furniture in the storage unit myself, it was done for me. In other words, I could not give Delia exact number of boxes and sizes, etc. I was only able to send her a video of my stuff. She assured us, she can help no problem. She send us the quote, we accepted it. The price was very good in comparison to other moving companies too. We were kept in the loop at all times by Delia, from when the driver collected the furniture in storage to when the driver was onroute to PE. I was not there myself when the moving truck arrived, and started off loading, only my daughter. My daughter was so impressed with the friendly driver and his team. The driver and his team was so professional and meticulous. We had a antique sewing machine from my great grand mother and they off loaded it with so much care and instructions that we gave Delia and she relayed the instructions to them. . Nothing was broken not a single thing. What made this move so much more challenging, was the fact that everything was done via mobile phone and e-mails. I want to congratulate Delia, you opened a Nam office and you run both the NAM and SA office so smoothly! We will recommend SA Movz and the team without any hesitation. We can only say SA Movz you and your team have outdone yourselves! THANK YOU is such a SMALL word with such a BIG meaning. We just want to say THANK YOU, Delia to you and your team.
