Don't use Them! Please learn from my mistakes - 3six5 Removals
I wish I had a zero rating. Every single item of mine was damaged and un-repairable. All my glass items shattered. When I refuse to pay the full amount the with held my small fridge (damaged by them) and TV. DONT USE THEM!!!!! Stay away!!!! I have uploaded photo’s on Google of what my furniture looks like.
On my furniture it was written with permanent markers, on my TV stand, washing machine. Permanent Markers – come on who does that.
They mixed up our furniture before driving it down to Paarl, and we had to on Video Camera go through showing what is ours and what is not ours. We also received other peoples clothes mixed up with ours.
I am going to post reviews everywhere and I will be sending Carte Blanch and email with my photo’s to do further investigations and expose this removal company for what they did and really are. STAY AWAY please take my warning seriously you will be devastated at the state of your furniture. I am sitting on my floor crying.
They asked me to share the photos one email I have not heard anything back from them. Nothing. They don’t care because it’s not their furniture. I have to get a carpet washer to clean my brand new matrass bought 2 weeks ago. My fridges have dents, I have to try sell my dishwasher for spare parts as it is just unexplainable how damaged my furniture is.

3SIX5 Removals: Broken furniture, smashed mirrors, water damage
Good morning.
Update on my previous review.
I was quoted a closed 8ton truck. Pick up Saturday 11 Jan 2024.
I paid for a closed 8ton truck as per signed documents.
I was provided with a 1/2 filled closed 8ton truck, with another load, plus trailer, on the 12 Jan 2024.
On delivery at my new address, my antique dresser (1892/4) worth R85000.00, with original beveled mirrors, arrived on the back end of the trailer, wet, mirrors smashed to pieces and the actual wooden frame, broken in pieces.
Water damage on a lot of other furniture.
The tarpaulin they provided did not cover the trailer and was torn and broken.
I have photos if anyone needs proof.
If everything I have stated above.
I am busy doing a recon of damages.
I can’t do it as fast as I would like, as I suffered a stroke e few years back and I can’t do much on my own.
But I don’t think they will reimburse me anything, given the attitude I have had from them thus far.
Relocating, moving your personal effects is very stressful for most people.
And very costly for some of us.
A friend of mine from the UK helped me pay for this move, because I just couldn’t afford it.
And to be treated with such disrespect and disregard is just a very traumatic experience.

R28500.00.
Paid for.
Arrived a day late.
Truck half full with other load.
My goods will be in half the truck and trailer, covered with a sail.
Trailers are not 100% rain/water proof.
